The report is the result of an investigation and data collection work conducted by openpolis and Actionaid on public contracts through which the Italian reception system has been financed. The data on these contracts contain important information on who put them out to tender, who was awarded them, how they were awarded and the budget for the service requested. This information should formally be public, but it is not easily accessible or comparable. The document is only available in Italian.
