The impossible compromise

One year after its inception, the document presents the main critical aspects of the Fund for Africa, established with the 2017 Budget Law, art. 1 paragraph 621. The Fund, with a budget of 200 million euros, had the goal of launching "extraordinary initiatives aimed at relaunching dialogue and cooperation with African countries of priority importance for migration routes".
