In this report, ActionAid analyzes data from the monitoring of national anti-violence funds distributed among the Regions for the years 2015-2016 and for the Extraordinary Action Plan against sexual and gender-based violence 2015-2017. The report highlights delays in the planning, allocation and disbursement of resources, but also the difficulty in accessing records and information on the allocation of resources and how they are used.
