Food Lab – Action plans for fighting against food poverty. Final Report

This report elaborated by Laboratorio di Studi Rurali Sismondi, in coordination with ActionAid and the support of project partners, summarizes the methods and results of the Food Lab workshops carried out as part of the project "Food Poverty and Local Food Policies" funded by Cariplo Foundation. The Food Lab process has supported the project partners in collaborating and interacting with other local actors active in the fight against food poverty, with the aim of laying the foundations for the development of a heterogeneous network of actors, called 'Territorial Food Assembly'.
