Rejecting registry. A photograph of Rome in emergency

This document offers a worrying picture of the situation in many registry offices of the Municipality of Rome, where the practices implemented deviate from the law, even in a macroscopic way. Failure to register can result in serious harm to the health, social and economic spheres of rejected persons. It is an invisible but real boundary: it divides those who are registered at the registry office from those who, in light of their personal condition or the characteristics of their residence, are rejected. Only those who are registered at the registry are full members of the territorial community. The report is only available in Italian.
